not a ducati tt replica

a week's worth of work, sorting out the mares nest of wiring. should have just tie-wrapped it to the frame instead of spunking a week and a load of brain-cell's figuring a totally over-engineered solution on something you will never see. rubber mounted the ecu unit, bracketed the fuse box and another, err, eletrickery thing. cut down the seat unit, re-made the mounting brackets. coughing up glass-fibre particles, itching like a very itchy thing. step back and look. must admit, i've asked myself why do i bother?

  1. You do it because it looks fucking mint, and you get a cozy warm smug feeling in the pit of your stomach, knowing that its all your own work, that its done properly and wont fall to bits when you take it out and wring its neck (once the weather has a bloody word with itself).

  8. Never liking wiring myself, was a weak point in my "Wrenching" days...and with a friend currently going through wiring hell with his Shovelhead project...gotta say you should be proud to have got this figured out...and up to your usual quality. Looks "Badass"..as the kids say.
