since i lost my head, it's awl-right.....

no suprises there then, i've been 'telegraphing' for the past week or so, the new addition to the loveless stable, air-cooled, twin cylinder, carbureted , 900cc ducati loveliness, totally un-molested bar carbon slip-on's, k+n airfilter, dynojet kit and oberon  mastercylinder, [complete with a dodgy red goodrich hose, excuse me, bile in the throat, soon fuck that off and get something a bit more tasteful] eleven thousand miles from new, brand spanking michelin pilot's, new belt's,  full service history and enthusiast owned, less than 15 miles per year for the last four years and that was only between the mot station for the annual ticket, well worth the 500 mile round trip just for the sound, going to try and keep this one as it is, except for perhaps a sprinkling of stainless and titanium fastener's, thats it except for some carbon doo-dad's, maybe some high level termi's, a 'superlight' seat would look nice, might make some rearsets too, the clip-on's are too high for me, they need to go for sure,  i heard that you can fit the marchesini wheel's off the later model's a piece of piss and lose loads of un-sprung weight, what about a set of 1098 forks and mono-block's? they would look the business, a long lever pazzo brake lever and short clutch lever would be nice too, whatever you do, keep it quiet and don't tell mr's b...........

  7. nothing to do with me squire neil, like i said, i never delete post's or comments, hope you are well and the leg is on the mend?, greg, thanks for the tip-off, have you checked out the new yam v-twin? looks like it could have loads of potential? ahh, ben jones, wondered how long 'til i got a bite from your good self, well, there you go, no accounting for taste i guess, the air-cooled ducati 900ss is a style icon, a modern classic if you like, but, i suppose i never expected a 'newbie' like yourself to get it, you ought to spend a little more time researching real bikes and understanding how they work rather than wanking yourself off in the local harley dealership, watch and learn my young apprentice, there's a whole world out there beyond matlock and by the way, bald cunt's? how's sha, no, even i can't go there fucker......

  8. a bit lame that, seeing as i've just come back from a week riding round cornwall, whilst you and your "mates" went on a "road trip" to get said "style icon" i bet that van stank. not of Ducati. just old batty. trying out old lube whilst daisy-chaining, making a 300 year old centipede. and knowing you, you went in the middle. you've not even made matlock this year, whereas i was riding in the downpour last night, from mfn, legends night, only for the brave, sheet rain, apes, piss wet thru, real men ride bikes that aren't rideable, taking style to a level you can only dream of. stick with me Tim, it will rub off on you, im happy to give you something to aspire to. oh, Sharon, my lovely friend, is fine, thankyou for your concern. and yes, bald. but a right hairy backdoor on it hahahahahahahaha

    1. touched a nerve there then cunt? mfn? what, you mean that pub up the road? let's see, i make that a right royal round trip of ten miles, no wonder you need those leather 'chaps' to stop the chaffing on an epic ride like that! ahhh! baby got caught in the rain, diddums, back in the day we used to ride to work all year round, when motorcyles were a means of transport not just a new fad, the only good thing ben is that when you and your mates have moved onto the next big thing me and the 'batty' boy's will still be here and picking up bargains when you fuckers decide you don't like getting wet, fuck me, i bet charley boreman is shitting himself about your forthcoming book and tv series, 'i rode to matlock' and the sequel 'i got caught out riding in a light shower' cut the crap, book the ferry and get over to the isle of man next week with me and see how the grown-ups roll.....

    2. for grown-ups, read old farts re-living memories that never happened. ferry? booked one a while ago when i rode around the Isle of Wight. when you were doing a bit of reaming in yer garage/sex dungeon. makes me laugh how you foges go on about "when bikes were a mode of transport bla bla bla" its just green-eye cos you had no choice but to ride albert looms fodder, and now see me, the new breed, straight in at number one, and i dont mean introduced by Dave Lee never touched 'em honest Travis or his mate Jimmy dont worry Tim you can borrow me tracksuit Savile, I mean number 1. Style. Bike. Hair. Clothes. Shoes. Knives. Watches. But what hurts you most, BIKE. and im passing it on to the even newer breed. cos after my careful tuition, her with the bald bonnet but hairy starfish PASSED HER CBT LAST WEEK! oooooooooooosh that Tim Bastard Bailey!

  9. Hi Tim,

yeah checked out the new v-twin, not too bad I must admit. If I were in for something new and Japanese and probably dead reliable (you may read that as in BORINGLY RELIABLE), that would probably it. I'll mail you some pix of my (now finished) Yammi (or is that yummy - but then I am biased) V-twin. Time to sort out a race bike for me too now. Running out of excuses (i.e. other bikes that I have to finish). Looks like the basis will be a CZ250 (type 471 - yeah, really!), but with a CZ MX engine...

  10. wotcha Greg, i'm liking the sound of the CZ project! sounds the dog's danglies does that, yeah, i must admit the new yam looks very cool, i here that yamaha are going to make modern versions of the xs 750 triple and 350lc too, what goes around comes around indeed!
