stick with me with this one, right, here we go, the original aermacchi rear sprocket is donald ducked, hooked and just worn out, so, dangerous order's a 48 tooth blank in the correct pitch off rob at racing lines, twenty spot's, bargain, that's where the problem, [or challenge] starts, the original aermacchi sprocket is a dished item, with a healthy, raised face, on the back of the sprocket to give the correct chain alignement, the oem item is a ridiculous price, so we order up a blank and decide to machine it to the correct pitch circle diameter using an old sprocket, machining off the original teeth to provide a backplate, machining the centre from the carrier to fit the original sprocket, [thats now a carrier] and retaining the cush drive to eliminate the shock to the rear wheel, dig? well, i'm glad you do because tonight mathew, i'm ozzy osbourne and i'm going to bite the head off a bat......
