the rear brake saga continues, phosphorous bronze bush made previously is an interference fit into rearset mounting plate, the pivot spindle is just an off-cut of round steel stock, the 'top-hat' retaining bush clearanced and the brake lever itself drilled and tapped to accept six 3mm socket heads, this is to do two things, it locks the lever to the spindle to allow movement in the bronze bush and retains the lever itself and as an added bonus i can adjust the height of the lever itself to suit my riding position, 12mm ball mill down the length of the lever loses weight, keep's it strong and look's good.......
Seriously splendid stuff Loverboy, neat and tidy, beautifully executed . . . totally and completely envious of your skill set !!! I note that a certain photo is no longer up . . . your concern for a young ladies feelings is entirely admirable . . keep it moving mate, diggin your work and the saga.
